SUSIU jewelry is handcrafted in California City with the utmost care and attention to detail. Every order is personally wrapped by our beloved team in our signature SUSIU jewelry bags, branded gift boxes and tied with a personalized ribbon.
When your item is ready to ship, our team will contact you via email or text message to arrange shipment. All deliveries require an adult signature. We will not be able to ship your order if you have not confirmed the delivery time with our team.
Your work may take up to 3 weeks (15 business days) to complete. Hand-engraved items will take an additional 1 week (5 business days).
Some styles are in stock and available for express delivery (2 – 3 business days for domestic orders). You can find our inventory here. We always welcome you to make an appointment here, come to our California store to view our in-stock styles in person, or we can set up a virtual chat.

Domestic Shipping Disclaimer:

- We offer free domestic shipping on domestic orders over $5000.
- California City same-day delivery and pickup are only available on weekdays (Monday-Friday).
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
- All orders shipped to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam, are considered international shipments.
- SUSIU is not responsible for any charges or delivery irregularities incurred after the order has been shipped.
